Introducing a burger to the shop soon. Serving it as a special just to test out the waters, but we’ll see how people like it. I know it looks bland but it’s the quality of the ingredients. We’re going to be using fresh baked (every morning) brioche butter sweet buns, 3 to 1 patties which will use a chuck we grind at a ratio of 80/20 and is CAB choice (Certified Angus Beef). I’m not just saying it because I’m the one who made it, but it really does taste incredible. I also made a sweet chili seasoning for fries which I’ll introduce with the burger on Thursday when I actually serve it.
